  • Enrol in a course and sign a Written Agreement

  • Use our student portal (Axcelerate)

We may also collect information from third parties such as education agents, referees, prior training organisations, or government databases (e.g. PRISMS, USI Registry).

4. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • Process enrolments, issue Confirmations of Enrolment (CoE), and manage your student record
  • Deliver training, assessment, and student support services
  • Fulfil our obligations under the ESOS Act 2000, National Code 2018, and Standards for RTOs 2025
  • Report to PRISMS, the USI Registry, AVETMISS, and other mandatory government systems
  • Process fee payments, refunds, and financial records
  • Respond to enquiries, complaints, and appeals
  • Improve our courses, services, and website
  • Send course updates, important notices, and marketing communications (with your consent)

5. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell or trade your personal information. We may disclose it to:

  • Government bodies: ASQA, Home Affairs (DHA), PRISMS, Australian Taxation Office, USI Registry — as required by law
  • Education agents: Only to the extent necessary to manage your application, and subject to confidentiality obligations
  • Service providers: Student management systems, payment processors, IT support — under data processing agreements
  • Overseas recipients: Where you are an international student, information may be shared with Home Affairs as required under the ESOS Act 2000
